This is the pay structure for the online school program:
As an Independent Contractor in this program, you have the potential to earn significantly. You can teach multiple grades and subjects, with each class accommodating up to 500 students. Your income is dependent on your ability to attract and retain students. With the right approach, this program can be rewarding and profitable.
- Upon Signup, the FMS Vortex System will provide teachers with a $.50 credit for each student that accesses their class.
- A maximum of 500 students per session
- Students in grades 1 – 8 can access up to 5 classes daily, while as students in grades 9 – 12 can access up to 6 classes daily.
- Zoom classroom fees and YouTube training are included, as well as instructions on the curriculum material.

Our online teachers must possess the following qualities:
- must have a four-year degree in teaching (college graduates and retired teachers are especially encouraged to apply)
